HOW DO I MAKE AN ACCOUNT?
For desktop users, click on the (https://anmolclothing.com/account/login) Account icon on the top right and select “Create Your Account.” For mobile users, go to the menu and click on the Account icon, then enter your details and register.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Click on “Forgot your password?” in the Account section and enter your email address to receive a password reset link. Use the new password to sign in.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?
Sign in to your account and go to the “Dashboard” to view your order history.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add items to your shopping cart, click on the "Shopping Bag" icon, and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact, shipping, and billing information, select your payment method, and complete your order. Check your email for an order confirmation.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON CALL?
Yes, you can place an order by calling us at +92 370 11012239 with the SKU and size/color variant of the product you want to purchase.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PICK IT UP FROM THE STORE?
Currently, we do not offer store pickups. We are working on this facility and will update you once it’s available.
WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your Order Number will be provided in the Order Confirmation Email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and the exchange policy will apply.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE, AND ARE THEY SAFE?
We accept Cash on Delivery (local orders), credit/debit cards, PayPal (international orders), and other secure payment methods. All payment information is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR CANCELED OR RETURNED ORDERS?
We do not offer returns or refunds. A voucher will be provided for canceled orders if requested within 24 hours of placement. Exceptional cases like damaged or incorrect items will be refunded within 15 working days.
HOW DO I USE COUPONS AND GIFT CARDS?
Enter the coupon code at checkout. Coupons may have specific terms and conditions, including order limits and validity.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES FOR ANMOL CLOTHING ORDERS?
Local delivery takes 5-7 working days, but during sales, it may take up to 15 working days. We offer free shipping nationwide for orders over Rs. 6,000. A shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to orders under Rs. 6,000. Shipping charges are mentioned separately at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS AND WHICH COURIERS ARE USED?
A Tracking ID will be sent via email/SMS. Use it on our courier partner’s website or our “Track Your Order” section. We partner with local couriers for local orders and DHL or Other couriers for international orders.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, within 10 days of purchase with the original invoice. Sale articles are not exchangeable.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
It takes 7-10 days. You can also exchange at our outlets with the order confirmation email and invoice.
WHY IS PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, AND IS IT SECURE?
Personal information is required to process electronic transactions and ensure fraud detection. Rest assured, your information is secure with us. We use advanced security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal information. HOW DO YOU HANDLE SECURITY EMAILS, COOKIES, AND FRAUDULENT CARD USE?
You may receive security emails for every order, especially if using a different debit/credit card, as part of our security checks. Cookies, which are small text files saved to your device, are used to enhance your visit but do not store personal information. If your credit/debit card is fraudulently used, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance and a refund if the order has not been dispatched.
