Exchange & Return Policy

Domestic Orders:

  •  Valid Days for Exchange: You can exchange any full-price item within 30 days of delivery. Ensure the item is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or the online order confirmation email is required for exchanges.
  • Conditions for Exchange: Articles must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Valid reasons for exchange include defects, wrong size, or incorrect items received.
  • Exchange Process: For online exchanges, contact our customer service at exchanges@anmolclothing.com. The exchange process typically takes 7-10 days. For in-store exchanges, bring the item with the original invoice to any Anmol Clothing store.
  • Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Sale items, fragrances, cosmetics, and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged.

International Orders:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at international@anmolclothing.com for further assistance.

 Return Policy

  • General Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers will receive a coupon of the same value, valid for online purchases only.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at returns@anmolclothing.com with your order number and images of the issue for evaluation.
